Community, transparency, and collaboration were the guiding principles for this new organizational headquarters building.  Located on a challenging triangular site fronting onto a prominent public square, the LEED Gold project represents one of the most significant redevelopment investments in an historically underserved neighborhood.

The combined office, conference, and retail program integrates 4 historic commercial structures, consolidated on the site, within a dynamic new 11-story development. Within the building, flexible, multi-functional spaces support open and collaborative work and learning processes, as well as future growth and technological innovation. The entry lobby and public spaces, prominently visible on Mount Vernon Square, present a welcoming and memorable expression of AAMC's innovative leadership.
