With over 20 years of architectural experience, Ms. Emrick has played an integral role on many of SBA’s largest and most technically challenging building projects. Since joining the firm in 1999, she has developed design and construction documentation for over five million square feet of office and residential space, including build-to-suit projects. Ms. Emrick has considerable experience in working through approvals processes on complex urban sites, and has considerable knowledge of all local codes, zoning, and standards. In the capacity of project manager and project architect, she is responsible for the coordination of SBA’s in-house design efforts and those of its consulting specialists, as well as overseeing the development of complete project documentation. Ms. Emrick possesses strong technical skills and is adept at addressing and resolving issues with multiple levels of coordination. Ms. Emrick received her Bachelor of Architecture degree (cum laude) from the University of Cincinnati.
