Washington International School Tregaron Campus - New Science Building

The Washington International School’s six-acre campus is located in the Cleveland Park neighborhood of Washington DC and is part of the larger Tregaron Conservancy.  The Tregaron campus provides private education facilities for middle school and high school students across multiple buildings that include an historic 1912 Georgian Revival style mansion located at the hill’s summit. 

This new 4 level Science Building will accommodate a mixed program of classrooms, science labs, multipurpose gathering spaces, conference space and a central cafeteria serving the entire campus. The project includes relocating an historic wood-framed structure known as the “Dacha” to a location east of the mansion.
