1000 F Street is a boutique commercial building located near Metro Center in the heart of Washington, DC. 

Working on a challenging narrow site, new construction was surgically inserted adjacent to a two-story designated historic structure whose façades and renovated interiors are integrated into the development. A higher and lower volume frame the historic building, with extensive outdoor terrace spaces at roof levels and setbacks. The development includes 10 levels of trophy-class office space above ground floor retail and a two-level below-grade garage.
