SPLIT CONTENT
An existing, historically-significant Chapter House was relocated on the site as the frontispiece for an efficient new office tower. The completed project totals 475,000 sf of new and renovated space. With its monumental scale and dignified, elegantly detailed limestone facades, the new construction creates an appropriately refined image for its institutional owner. Significant programmatic features include grand lobby spaces, a 6-story atrium, cafeteria and conference center.
