American Red Cross Historic Headquarters

The 3-building American Red Cross campus is a designated National Historic Landmark adjacent to the White House in Washington, DC. 

The buildings are distinguished by their ornate Beaux Arts design and original Tiffany stained glass windows.  SBA provided full A/E services for renovation and restoration of the Headquarters Building on Seventeenth Street, NW, and the E Street, NW Building.  In addition to complete modernization of building systems, marble facades were cleaned and repaired, and the historic Ballroom and Board of Governors’ Hall were fully restored.
