Friendship Center Redevelopment

Sited in one of Washington, DC’s most active commercial corridors, this residential building will be constructed above an existing below grade parking structure.  The project’s massing is articulated to cascade down from the commercial street to a lower scale abutting residential neighborhood, thus creating multiple private rooftop terraces.  The project consists of 310 rental units, ground floor retail and two levels of below grade parking.
