EastBanc / Millennium Partners Facing the Potomac River on a steeply sloping grade, this mixed-use project transforms a once-blighted urban site in the historic district of Georgetown.
SPLIT CONTENT
The complex project incorporates a luxury hotel, residences, a multi-screen theater, health club and retail uses in a full city block development. Its centerpiece is the historic Incinerator Building, whose landmark smokestack and open high-bay spaces have been restored and renovated to contain lobby and hotel functions. The industrial character of the Incinerator Building serves as the basis for the masonry and metal design language of the surrounding new construction.
