Robinson Landing

Located on an industrial waterfront site in Old Town Alexandria, this mixed-use renewal project breathes new life into the two-acre, multiple parcel site by incorporating three key elements: 26 four-story townhouses; three five-story multi-family buildings, a 5,000 sf restaurant, and 5,000 sf of commercial lease space. 

Other features of the overall site design include new vehicular access through the extension of neighboring streets, and improved pedestrian connections to a large-scale promenade, the waterfront, and expanded public pier.  Contemporary in design and scale, the project engages in a rich dialogue with its context, recalling the industrial character of the historic riverfront.
