Signature at Reston Town Center

Signature is part of the final block of Reston Town Center to be developed, completing the original plan. SBA provided full architectural design services for the mixed-use residential building and a future adjacent office building.

The development acts as a gateway between the broader Reston development to the north and east and Reston Town Center. Composed of an elegant mix of high- and low-rise structures that respond to the surrounding scale, it is anchored by an engaging streetscape with ground-level retail, open-air social spaces, and gardens. These features expand on the established landscaping and outdoor amenities of the town center and activate the park along Reston Parkway. The project achieved LEED Silver certification.
