The Boro is Tysons’ first urban place.

SPLIT CONTENT

The 18-acre mixed-use, multi-parcel development realizes the community’s long-standing pedestrian and street-oriented urban planning goals. As part of phase one, SBA provided full A/E services for a 25-story condominium, 13 and 32-story apartment towers, and a five-story office building, all with street-level retail. The residential buildings top a shared podium with a landscaped courtyard, above-and below-grade parking, and the region’s largest Whole Foods Market. A material palette of varied brick, precast concrete, and metal unites the design language of the buildings. The walkable, amenity-rich environment has immediate access to the Greensboro Metro station.
