The Columbia Residences

To generations of Washingtonians, the historic Columbia Hospital for Women was a local institution. The 1918 hospital building, with its park-like setting and Mediterranean Revival Style, has been revitalized for a new era as the centerpiece of a luxury condominium development in Washington’s West End.

Insensitive alterations have been removed, and two new wings added evoking the grandeur of the original structure. With its gracious layout and amenities, The Columbia revives Washington’s traditions of grand apartment living. Included in the program are over 200 residential units, swimming pool and fitness center.
