SPLIT CONTENT
The new mixed-use community provides 520 residential units with a substantial senior/affordable housing component, 100,000 sf of retail, and a new ANC office that serves the larger neighborhood. The project involved the relocation of Ingraham Street and created a new private drive that bisects the site and provides access to two building lobbies. Adjacent to the Fort Totten Metro station and aligning with Smart Growth principles, it is one of the District's most highly accessible and vibrant new communities.
