Twelve12

Twelve12 was the first new building to deliver in The Yards neighborhood along the Anacostia River in southeast Washington, DC. 

Just blocks from the city’s ballpark, the project houses a diverse program of residential and commercial uses, with multi-family units above retail space that includes a fitness center, grocery store and other commercial spaces. In alignment with design guidelines developed as part of The Yards at Southeast Federal Center master plan, the building’s modern language references characteristics of the industrial heritage of the development site. The project achieved LEED Silver certification.
