As part of the region's new vision for Tysons Corner, this vibrant one-acre urban residential development establishes a dynamic new precedent for walkable, livable communities in a formerly automobile-centric locale.

Replacing several parking structures on the site, the complex consists of three buildings arranged around an elevated central garden plaza with walkways and bicycle paths providing direct connection to the nearby Metro station. SBA’s design for the plaza and LEED Silver certified high-rise apartment tower is marked by crisp detailing, faceted massing, and commanding height, signaling a vibrant new urbanity in Tysons Corner.
