Wardman Park - Buildings A & B

Wardman Park is a two-tower project in the Woodley Park neighborhood of Northwest Washington DC.  The sinuous forms of the new towers, clad with glazed terracotta, brick, and metal panels, are molded to maximize the panoramic views provided by the steeply sloped site above Rock Creek Park, while forming large pastoral landscapes at grade.     The buildings with 860 apartment units will replace the large convention hotel previously on this 9.5-acre site, while enhancing the existing 1.5-acre greenspace in the north lawn which will continue as a passive neighborhood amenity accessible to the public.
