The Warner Theater building stands as one of Washington, DC’s last links to its vaudeville and movie palace era. Constructed in 1924 on a prominent corner two blocks from the White House, this historic mixed-use structure was restored and expanded as the cornerstone of a new office development.

Original theater spaces were returned to their former glory, requiring extensive recreation of elaborate finishes. All new services required for a state of the art performance facility were concealed within the historic fabric. Above the theater, 2 new levels of office space were constructed above the original roofline.
