Mr. Nammack has over 30 years of experience with a diverse background in design and production for significant building projects, including new construction and renovation/adaptive re-use for private and governmental clients. While at SBA, he has managed projects totaling over five million square feet and has been closely involved in all aspects of a number of award-winning projects from schematic design through construction administration. Mr. Nammack routinely manages and coordinates the efforts of large consultant teams. He maintains a strong familiarity with current codes and governmental requirements and has overseen project budgets and coordinated specifications for complex and large-scale projects. Mr. Nammack received his Master of Architecture and Bachelor of Arts in Architecture degrees from the University of Virginia.
